We're Still Here

We will temporarily be closing the shop from Wednesday 6^th January, but our website is open for business. We are offering virtual shopping and zoom consultations so if you have a piece you would like to view or discuss a jewellery commission please do get in touch. 

Over the previous lockdown we developed new ways to shop with us including virtual shopping and video consultations. These services will still be available with our shop team so that we can still create your special jewellery.

Virtual shopping

Here, we can book an appointment slot for you and take you around the shop via video call. If you have a particular product that you're looking for we can show you all the different options that we have in-store. These items can the be purchased and sent to you with free postage.

Zoom Consultation

Bespoke designs and commission pieces can still be ordered via our one-to-one consultation service. This is the perfect opportunity to talk through your design ideas whilst we are able to show you any relevant stock pieces and sketches over the video call.

We will be able to show you a selection of diamonds and precious stones if you would like to select your own for a special piece. We can also show you 360 views of your wax model via video call for you to envisage how the final design will look.

Videos and Photos of Products

If there is a product you've spotted on our social media platforms or website and you would just like a few more images or videos of the jewellery before you make a decision, give us a call or message. We can either email these to you or send them directly to your phone for you to view.

Trial Rings

Most of our engagement rings are available to purchase in a trial ring variation. This costs £200 and is a silver and gemstone replica of the final design. This is perfect if you want to 'try before you buy'. 

Often these rings are used to propose with, with the view to design the perfect ring together afterwards. This is the perfect option if you're not quite sure on sizing or style choices but still want a surprise proposal!
