Materials & Sustainability
What materials do you work with?
Both our jewellery collection and one-of-a-kind designs are handmade using Fairtrade gold and every silver piece is made using recycled silver.
Please see our Sustainability Policy for more information on our sustainable use of materials.
Where do your diamonds come from?
We source our gemstones from the most trusted and recognised supplier. Since the Kimberly Process was launched in 2002, we have been committed to supplying conflict free stones. All diamonds sold by Diana Porter are conflict free diamonds. We source Candamark diamonds that are among the most responsibly sourced diamonds in the world, each one completely natural and free of all treatments, whilst meeting high standards for clarity, cut and colour and are traceable back to their mine of origin.
At present, we can source a variety of traceable diamonds and gemstones on request. we can also supply lab-grown diamonds as options for you to consider if you wish to look into alternatives to natural mined diamonds.
Please see our Sustainability Policy for more information on our sustainable use of materials.
Do you offer a repair service?
We pride ourselves on being able to offer a full repair and re-conditioning service at our Bristol workshop on all Diana Porter Jewellery.
Refinishing costs £5 per item. Please note we only offer repairs on our own jewellery and not that of other designers. We do not offer our cleaning service during October, November and December due to the busy Christmas period.
