Ahead of restrictions lifting on the 19th of July, we wanted to give you a quick update on how we are going to continue to operate.
Our priority is to maintain a safe environment for all customers and staff, and so we will be proceeding with caution and choosing to keep our guidelines in place. From Monday 19th July we will be continuing to ask the following:
- Customers to wear a mask unless exempt.
- Use the hand sanitiser on arrival.
- We will also still be continuing with our appointment service, so we can manage numbers in the shop and remain a safe space for everyone.

Our website is open, and all orders will be shipped as usual. We offer click and collect are continuing to offer free postage on all orders either placed online or over the phone, with no minimum spend required.
Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to ensure the efficient operation of our workshop and shipping of our customers deliveries whilst keeping our team safe.
Virtual Service & Zoom Consultations
Our new virtual shopping service lets you browse our shop from the comfort of your own home allowing you to buy directly from our store. Enjoy a video call with one of our experts and shop a specific product or jewellery from our collections. We are also available via phone/email/zoom for orders, advice or consultations on bespoke pieces. Simply book an appointment via email or call 0117 9090225.
Alternatively, let us know the items you would like to see, and we can take pictures and video of the piece being worn so you can see it on. We can then email you the images and discuss any queries.
We have extended our returns period to allow you additional time to return an item to us wherever necessary. For more information about returns click here.
